well, this is my attempt at salvaging an instagram roundup for the past week.

first up, new hair…

i went for a little hair change last week, chopping a few inches off and adding a long fringe!

two words, date night.
mike and i do date nights. sometimes less often than we’d prefer, but we always aim for at least two date nights a month – and no, netflix on the couch is NOT a date night!
we need one on one, face to face, quality time.
i find that in these moments, we get back on the same page amongst all of the chaos going on around us. it also gives us the opportunity to reconnect and discuss goals and dreams for us and our family.

we hit up Braise 116 in haddonfield and were loving their fun menu with lots of small plates and unique options. its byob and the service is excellent – highly recommend!
i kept my outfit simple with an off the shoulder top, ripped skinnies, these fab booties and my new sequin clutch which the hubs couldn’t stop playing with thru our whole meal.

when our kids still agree to family costumes…
we needed costumes for my father-in-law’s surprise birthday party and after brainstorming what we could actually get our kids to go along with, we turned to our favorite show for inspiration, The Goldbergs!
the boys absolutely loved the idea, in case you can’t tell from this pic!
it was super easy and besides our wigs and my lovely “halloween bev” velour dress, we used items from around the house to bring it all together!
i couldn’t help but add my Stella jewels to this look either!
