Another Monday-Friday Meal Plan this week since yesterday was the Super Bowl and we’re celebrating Chase’s Birthday on Saturday – FIFTEEN YEARS OLD y’all!!!  Whyyyyy??  HOWWWWW???

This week is full of recipes from the F-Factor Diet.  I’ve been following a few gals who do this diet and I’m intrigued.  More fiber, low carb at first, but no restricting a ton of different foods and you can have alcohol.  Mike isn’t reacting the best to keto – all the dairy is messing with him – so to be supportive, we’re gonna dive in on this.  I grabbed the book on Amazon and definitely recommend reading through it before trying to follow along bc there’s a ton of really interesting information and the science of it all is VERY helpful!  This podcast also has a little back story on it all.
