Well hello there! If you had been following along with me on Instagram, then you were witness to the most insane travel experience ever, courtesy of Storm Dennis. I will be sharing our whole trip later on this week right here on the blog, but for now, know that it took me quite some time to readjust to US time and a sinus infection kind of put a wrench in my plans for resuming my typical Monday-Wednesday-Friday blog posts for you! I am BACK and ready to rock though so I’m kicking this week off with a Meal Plan!

Monday: Beef + Zucchini Noodle Bowls

Tuesday: Sheet Pan Cuban Chicken with Citrus Avocado Salsa

Wednesday: Waffle-Crusted Chicken with Spicy Maple Sauce, Baked Potatoes + Green Beans
Recipe from Skinnytaste – crowd pleaser here! The boys couldn’t get enough of this!
Thursday: Crockpot BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches with Salad
Recipe from Skinnytaste – we had two games this night so an easy crockpot recipe was a must!
Friday: Steaks + Honey Sriracha Brussel Sprouts
Recipe from Shared Appetite – a date night in for Mike and I with our fave brussel sprouts recipe EVER!
