Hey, hey, hey!  Back again with ANOTHER meal plan!  I like to use the Skinnytaste Weekly Meal Plans as a guide sometimes bc they are TOO good!  I’m a huge fan of all of her recipes so you will see them on our rotation OFTEN!

Monday: Air Fryer Falafel with Pita + Veggies

Tuesday:  Skillet Taco Cauliflower Rice

Recipe from Skinnytaste – this was VERY tasty!  We loved it!

Wednesday: Sheet Pan Balsamic Chicken with Roasted Vegetables

Recipe from Skinnytaste – I doubled up this recipe to have extra for lunches

Thursday:  Pepper Steak with Fried Rice

Steak Recipe from Skinnytaste – Fried Rice Recipe from Tasty – the boys LOVED this!

Friday:  Stuffed Baked Pork Chops with Baked Potatoes and Broccoli

Recipe from Skinnytaste – this was a huge hit as well!
