Another week, another meal plan! Lots of grilled meals on the lineup this week bc they’re just easier and less clean up – can I get an Amen??

Whenever I’m looking for something yummy to try when we head over to Philly, I always visit Josh’s Instagram bc he’s got the scoop! From dessert to dinners, he covers it all! Monday: Steak, Baked Potatoes and Broccoli
Steak Marinade: 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar, ¼ cup orange juice, 2tbs olive oil, 2 cloves garlic, smashed, handful of fresh parsley, chopped, 1/2tsp red pepper flakes, sea salt + pepper
Tuesday: Crockpot Sazon Pork Chops with Peppers, Olives & Potatoes

Wednesday: Sausage & Peppers with Pasta Salad
Sausage & Peppers: 2-3 chopped bell peppers, 1 chopped onion, sweet italian sausage, olive oil, 3-4 cloves chopped garlic, italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Saute peppers and onions in olive oil and seasonings for 5-6 minutes. Add sausage and saute until browned. Mix together in baking pan and roast for 10minutes at 375. Serve in rolls, over rice or on its own.
