Hey guys, Happy Monday!!  It’s been a few weeks since I shared a meal plan so here we go! 

Monday: Burger Bowls

Tuesday: Meatloaf, Baked Potatoes and Broccoli

I actually use THIS for my meatloaf and follow the directions on the packet, but I add additional seasonings.  

Wednesday: Chicken Gyro Bowls

Recipe from Certified Pastry Aficionado

Thursday: Air Fryer Pork Chops, Rice and Beans, Green Beans & Plantains

Pork Chops:  Season with adobo and black pepper.  Cook in air fryer at 375 for 9-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Rice & Beans: I use my mother-in-law’s recipe, but here is one I found on Pinterest thats similar

Friday: Air Fryer Chicken Thighs with Mango Cucumber Slaw

Chicken Thighs: I cook these the same way as I did HERE
Slaw: Recipe from Reluctant Entertainer
