I often get questions about what type of vitamins I take so I figured why not share those today for a Wellness Wednesday of sorts! I’m a HUGE fan of Dr. Stephen Gundry after hearing him on multiple podcasts, but recently he shared on The Skinny Confidential that one of the best ways to fight COVID is by strengthening your immune system.  So, at his suggestion, I started adding 5,000 IUs of Vitamin D to all of our daily vitamin regimens – even the boys!  I have only been taking this for a little over a month, but I haven’t gotten sick yet.  I will continue taking these bc as I research even more, everyone recommends increasing your Vitamin D.
