The holidays are upon us and while I have a few recipes I’ll be sharing with you leading up to Christmas, today, I’m sharing a Holiday Cocktail perfect for an at-home happy hour, holiday dinner or brunch!

Fun Fact: I was a bartender for about 8 years! I loved creating tasty cocktails while getting to meet new people – the money was great too! I love experimenting with vodka concoctions and Moscow mules are my go-to choice when dining out – they’re so fresh!

There are certain flavors that scream holiday: cranberry, cinnamon, clementines… and I love me some sugared rosemary so I had to add that as a garnish for a little hint of flavor in this super refreshing mule! I promise you, don’t skip the rosemary – its TOO good! You can serve these in the traditional copper mugs or a simple glass, whatever you have readily available!

A Very Merry Moscow Mule / Clementine Moscow Mule

Ingredients:

2oz vodka – my favorite is Ketel One
3oz ginger beer
3oz Izze Sparkling Clementine Juice
quick squeeze of lime juice from 1/2 lime – fresh is preferred!
a few pieces of a peeled clementine for garnish
a sprig of sugared rosemary for garnish – recipe HERE from Living with Landyn

Directions:

Add vodka, ginger beer, Izze and lime juice to a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and pour over ice. Add a few pieces of clementine and sprig of sugared rosemary for garnish. Enjoy!
