I have been a fan of H&M for a long time now, but this past year they have been bringing some MAJOR style! I legit fall in love with everything I get from there AND its so freakin affordable! I placed another order about two weeks ago and it arrived right in time for my fashion-focused Friday blog posts! Summer style for me is all about flowy dresses, light wash denim, more power shoulder tees, a little pop of green and some fun details!
You know me and my leopard! I love a flowy kaftan as a beach coverup or for any easy everyday dress. Plus, you can belt it if its feeling a little too flowy for ya! I’d pair this dress with flat sandals for a casual look or some strappy heels for a night out! Plenty of room in this one wearing an XS.
I love a fun detail and the fringe on this dress is exactly that! I love the contrast of the navy bodice and black fringe trim! This would be supercute for a summer wedding for sure, just add some nude heels! Warning, it has NO stretch. I’m wearing an XS for reference.
Do I look like I can breathe in this pic? Yes? Well let me assure you, I cannot. After sizing down in my 90s jeans also from H&M (worn below), I did the same with this pair and I did NOT have to! I think they’re supercute, but I definitely need to go up a size ha! I am loving all light wash denim and love the cut of these so much! I recommend your true H&M size in these which is a 4 for me.
I have been rockin’ these power shoulder tees all spring so I figured why not grab one in one of the season’s most popular colors – green! Cut me a break, I’m trying to be adventurous, but I know, its definitely out of character for my neutral loving self! I did an XS in this tank and the fit is great!
I loved my bone oversized H&M blazer so much (see HERE) that I decided this vest would be perfect for summer! You can literally throw it over anything – a t-shirt and jeans, a tank and shorts or skirt, a dress – its the perfect summer topper! I grabbed an XS in this one. (PS: These are the 90s jeans I referenced above – they are SO good! I sized down to a 2 and cut the bottoms)
