Loreal Voluminous Base Mascara Primer
This is a great drugstore option HOWEVER I have been loving this one instead so I have not repurchased it. If you want an affordable mascara primer tho, I would highly recommend it!
I’ve been using this for years now and love it! You can adjust how heavy of a coverage you want by layering it for more coverage or apply a little with a damp beauty blender for a lighter coverage. I wear shade light in this and repurchase it again and again!
