I took this otherwise menswear-type look and added a big ol’ sparkly statement necklace to girl it up a bit!
menswear is definitely a trend for fall and I love the hint of animal print on this top for a subdued pop of fun!

statement sleeves are not going anywhere this fall, whether it be a simple ruffle, a bell sleeve or a waterfall of ruffles.

fall plaids
do plaids ever really go out of style? nope!
for fall, just add some darker colors, like this jewel tone to your wardrobe. I love the fringe detail at the hem of this shirt and like the menswear look above, I added some sparkly jewels and a strappy pair of heels for that girly touch!

ruffles
I quickly mentioned them above, but i find myself wearing more and more ruffles lately! if you follow me on instagram, you may have noticed this as well. for a gal that doesn’t wear an overly girly wardrobe, ruffles aren’t the typical choice for me, however when paired with ripped jeans and a little edge, they work perfectly for me!
