I love me some chips and guac, but I really love me some plantain chips and guac! SOOOO good! These are super easy to make! Just slice your plantains – you can slice them with a knife or mandolin and into round chips or cut at an angle for a longer chip, toss em in some oil, add some salt and throw em in the air fryer! Doesn’t get much easier than that!

Air Fryer Plantain Chips

A great alternative to tortilla chips – super easy to make!

Equipment

  • air fryer

Ingredients

  • 2 plantains
  • coconut oil spray
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • Remove plantain skin and slice thin.
  • Spray with coconut oil spray and sprinkle on salt.
  • Cook in air fryer at 350 for 12 minutes or until desired doneness, flipping halfway.
  • Season with some extra salt if you'd like and enjoy!
