I love me some chips and guac, but I really love me some plantain chips and guac! SOOOO good! These are super easy to make! Just slice your plantains – you can slice them with a knife or mandolin and into round chips or cut at an angle for a longer chip, toss em in some oil, add some salt and throw em in the air fryer! Doesn’t get much easier than that!
Air Fryer Plantain Chips
A great alternative to tortilla chips – super easy to make!
Equipment
- air fryer
Ingredients
- 2 plantains
- coconut oil spray
- 1 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Remove plantain skin and slice thin.
- Spray with coconut oil spray and sprinkle on salt.
- Cook in air fryer at 350 for 12 minutes or until desired doneness, flipping halfway.
- Season with some extra salt if you'd like and enjoy!
