If you’ve been around here for awhile, then you are probably familiar with E2M – a health and fitness program that Mike and I did last spring. We had great results from it (see pic above and my Before & After below), but quickly fell back into old habits, gained back the weight we lost and the health issues we had been battling. You can read all about our results from the program HERE. So we figured, a new year is a great time to get back on it and the newest round of E2M started today!
We’re excited for Week One of E2M bc it flushes all the bad stuff out and gets us on a more regular and healthy schedule as far as eating, exercising and sleeping. So I’ve got my foods prepped, my meal plan ready (I’m following this one again) and my workouts all scheduled out for the week! Its totally cliche, but its absolutely true – When You Fail To Plan, You Plan To Fail.
Our goals for this round: I’m looking to tone up, be totally dairy-free (I’ve been avoiding diary like the plague lately bc it destroys my stomach) and rid of all my ailments (headaches and digestive issues). Mike’s looking to create a permanent habit of eating well and working out. (We both actually need this bc we’re not the most disciplined people in this area!)
So I’ll be sharing updates each week as we go – how I’m feeling, where I’m doing well, where I’m struggling and some of my top tips when doing E2M! If you’re doing it too, definitely let me know how you’re doing in the comments below or follow along with me on Instagram too!
