Crockpot Buffalo Chicken

(Mike tried getting fancy with his plating here, what do you think? Ha!)

Where my Sports Moms at?? Some weeknights are insane, am I right? Even if you don’t have a kid or a kid in sports, the last thing I feel like doing some weeknights is cooking so crockpot meals to the rescue! I am a fan of making crockpot sandwiches for the kids bc there’s no “after cooking” – I legit shred the meat, throw it on some rolls and add a side salad or chips – voila dinner! My boys LOVE hot roast beef sandwiches and this crockpot buffalo chicken is another good one! PS: If you’re low carb, you can put it in lettuce wraps or on a salad too!
