Hello, hello, Happy March! I don’t know about you, but I am SO ready for spring! I know, it does occasionally snow in March, but I’m hoping for sunnier skies and temps above freezing. Let’s think positively here, k? Ha! Anyways, a new month brings a new Bucket List! I have been loving checking things off my bucket lists so far this year and I love the messages you’ve been sending me as you knock another thing off your list!

Here’s a breakdown of ways to tackle this month’s bucket list:

Shoutout Some Women Who Inspire You on Social Media Or With A Handwritten Note | Specifically on March 8th, post a pic or message of a woman who inspires you, tag her and tell her why! If you’re not on social media, you can even send her a handwritten note or email doing the same! Encouragement makes such a huge difference bc we all struggle with feelings of imposter syndrome so knowing even ONE person is picking up what you’re putting down is HUGE most days!

Add A Hint of Spring To Your Home | Yes, it might still be chilly outside, but you can bring the spring in in so many ways! Grab a bunch of tulips at Trader Joe’s or Produce Junction and throw them in a vase. Pick up a spring pillow from Home Goods and toss it on your couch. Even a candle in a spring scent can set a whole new vibe in your home!

Make A St. Patrick’s Day Treat | I personally don’t like corned beef and cabbage, but you know what I do love – Lucky Charms! There are so many fun treats you can make to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day – I’ll actually be sharing some here on the blog on Monday – and you can always scroll Pinterest for ideas – I have a few HERE

Replace That Old T-Shirt! | While you’re diving into Spring Cleaning, resist the urge to hold on to that dingy t-shirt you’ve had for years. You know the one, it’s not quite white anymore and is either pilling, stretched out or just past its prime. A simple tee can pair with leggings, joggers, jeans, shorts, skirts and more – its such a versatile piece! I will be reviewing a bunch of basic v-neck tees for you later this month, but in the meantime a few of my favorites are this one, this one and this one.

Plant Some Basil | I got adventurous last year and took a tiny little basil plant and grew it into a big one with the help of some of my green thumbed friends. I’m here to tell you though, if I can do it, anyone can and having fresh basil on hand is a game changer – sprinkle some on pasta, on a caprese salad, make some pesto, the list goes on! Sadly, my basil plant died bc I never brought it inside once the temps dropped so let’s start together this month and see our basil plants grow!

Fake A Tan | Your girl is SO FREAKIN PALE right now. For how tan I get in the summer, I get just as pale in the winter. As spring inches in, our legs come out more and more so its the perfect time to try out new self tanners! I’ll be comparing a few this month on the blog, but if you want a head start THIS ONE has been my go-to for years!

Bake Easter Bread | I’ve clearly turned into a crazy bread baker this year (see HERE), but I don’t care, I love me some bread! I made Easter Bread last year and it was SO good and makes a great gift or bring along too! I’ll be sharing the recipe right here on the blog this month so definitely make sure you’re subscribing to the blog HERE so you don’t miss it!

Paint Your Nails A Bright Color | The rebel in me usually goes for darker colors when everyone else goes light, but this year, I just need some brightness in my life! I’m not much of a pink kinda gal, so I lean to bright colors like yellow, orange and red on my nails.

So there it is, our March Bucket List! I hope you join me in this and have fun with it! Below you can find an image to share on facebook or instagram and one for your instagram story!
