Basil Oil
I have somehow been able to grow basil in our backyard even with my black thumb! I just water it and it keeps growing! I can’t believe it either! Anyways, I’ve been loving having fresh basil on hand whenever I need it and have been looking for more ways to use it and I stumbled across the idea of herb-infused oils and just knew I had to make one with basil! Its super easy to make AND you can use it on so many things – keep scrolling to see!
Be sure to head over to my Instagram to see exactly how I make these in today’s reel!
The obvious way to use it is on bread!
I like to add a little locatelli, fresh cracked pepper and red pepper flakes to mine!
You can drizzle it over a caprese salad to bring to your next party!
I love it on this peach arugula salad too!
You can also drizzle it on any meats, chickens, seafood, eggs, veggies – literally ANYTHING!
