I stopped into Old Navy yesterday after seeing some fellow bloggers posting some supercute finds. well lucky for me, they were having a sale, but cmon really, when are they not?!!
so here are my fitting room diaries:
I love a good graphic tee and Old Navy always has a HUGE assortment of them! Can’t beat a “weekend” and a pop of red is always fun! I sized up to a medium for a looser fit!
and let’s talk about these jeans:
they are super soft, fit well with some added stretch and are SO similar to my fave levis for a fraction of the cost – let’s not forget the raw hem too! distressed denim are not going anywhere people, so get in on the trend with this super affordable pair! i’m wearing a size 2 for reference.
oh.my.goodness. i am SO obsessed with this tee.
i’ve been loving oversized, soft tees lately and you cannot beat the under $10 price on this one right now! surprisingly, i went with olive green instead of my typical black or gray. wearing a small here.
i don’t wear button downs too often, but i was loving the mini polka dot print of this one and will definitely have fun styling it! i couldn’t find this exact one on their website, but linked a similar ones here. wearing a small in this.
also, i am still rocking these tassel earrings nonstop. you need a pair already!
you can’t go wrong with a black tank and i’m loving the detail on the shoulders of this one! it comes in a few colors, but i obviously went with black and its super duper soft! wearing an XS here. and these jeans are just as great as the pair above and you need gray jeans in your life.
I live in long cardis in the fall and winter, so why not add one with some fun fringe detail?! you’ll see a lot of fringe and texture this fall so here’s an affordable way to jump on this trend! wearing an XS here.
I’m sure you can figure how i felt about this look by my face, huh?
i really want some fun olive green joggers, but these were just not doing it for me. they were a little too baggy, even in a size 2 and this tank is too bulky and doesn’t tuck very well. passed on both of these. see, i’ll show you what i don’t like along with the stuff i’m loving. keepin it real as always.
off the shoulder is still huge and with the added soft bell sleeve, this dress is a must for the season! loving the black and white geometric print as well! wearing an XS in this one.
florals are big in jewel tones for the fall and as much as i try to wear mustard yellow, its just not working for me here. this dress comes in a few prints and the slight bell sleeve and shift shape make it figure flattering (and comfortable) for all sizes! wearing an XS here.
field jackets are still big and instead of the typical olive green, why not grab a camo one? as i mentioned last week on instagram, camo is back (did it ever really leave tho?!) and this jacket is a fun way to add it to your closet! wearing an XS here.
and just for fun, another cardigan. bc i clearly need another one….
they have some really cute booties and flats right now !
i love me some fun booties, so these velvet leopard ones totally did it for me! yes, velvet AND leopard – love!
also these ankle strap flats with a little studded detail would be great for work and weekend and i’m loving this burnt orange color for a fun pop on your feet!
lastly, the greatest thing about fall is when in doubt, throw a printed scarf over a plain tee and jeans and voila, easy outfit! there’s a ton of prints right now so whatever your style, they’ve got you covered!
