What is Sculpt360?

Sculpt360 reminds me of a pilates/barre type workout and let me tell you, it WORKS! I was pretty sore the day after! Its a 50min total body workout and the machine may remind you of a pilates reformer machine. I HATE cardio so the slower pace of this one is right up my alley!
