If you follow me on Instagram, then you know I’ve become quite obsessed with making bread…. I mean, its not a bad thing, really! Anyways, bread is one of those things that seems really intimidating to make, but I’ve found a few no-knead bread recipes that have been super easy!! And let me tell you, there is NOTHING like some fresh baked bread!
I’ve gone the no knead route bc honestly, I have no idea how to knead, and its worked out better than I could’ve imagined! You really do need to give it a go!
One thing that has been a must for my breadmaking binges is my dutch oven! I found one from the Lodge brand at Home Goods for a steal bc tbh, dutch ovens can be REALLY expensive! I have used it so much since I bought it tho, so it’s worth spending a little money on!

The first bread recipe I tried was this simple no knead bread – Recipe HERE! Its simple, it rises pretty quickly and it turned out great! This is definitely a great first breadmaking experience recipe!
The second bread recipe I tried (and have made a few times now) is this rosemary olive oil no knead bread – Recipe HERE! The flavor in this bread is A-MAZING! I love me some rosemary so it was a no brainer!
One last thing you HAVE to do if you’re making bread is to make a dipping oil! Something about bread and olive oil….and wine! omg, nothing like it! Dipping oil is SO easy to make! You can use fresh herbs, but in a pinch, I throw this together:
Dipping Oil
Pour extra virgin olive oil in a small plate (or dish). Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, italian seasoning, red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese. Stir to combine and serve with your bread!
