how to mix metals.

a HUGE trend for fall is mixing metals so with the release of Stella & Dot’s Fall Collection, they’ve got it covered.
from silver and gold to hematite, rose gold and bronze, there are plenty of options.  some of my customers were confused as to what works with each other and my response,

“anything goes!”

do what you like and what you feel looks good!

to back this declaration up, i threw together a simple, casual date night look (which can be dressed down into a daytime look with a black tank and flat sandals instead) and added all the jewels to show it off.

Our Logan Layering Necklace combines silver and bronze tones with a delicate sparkle strand with rose gold hues.  Its super versatile and can be worn four different way.

for earrings, rather than compete with the gorgeous strands of the Logan, I added our new Pave Trio Earrings for a bit of edge.  these gold cuff-like earrings feature a hint of hand-set pave sparkles and a single post fits through your pierced ear and then the cuffs slide upward onto the middle part of your ear.  so it looks like you’re wearing three cuffs, but its all one – no multiple piercings required!

so this pair is an easy way to get ahead of the trend!
