I’ve been on a major smoothie kick lately! Idk why, but its just so refreshing after a workout! I’ve made a few different variations, but i usually do a protein powder, chia seeds, greens and fruit. (I can’t do dairy so mine are always plant-based/vegan). My biggest complaint is when the bag of spinach I buy goes bad two days after I buy it. So freakin annoying!

Well, on my latest Costco trip – I’m going weekly, it’s a problem, i won’t stop tho – I found these smoothie packets that contain all of your fruits and veggies! It’s perfect bc they’re all frozen so no spinach going bad and there’s no other junk in them! Easy peasy, just the way I like it! So here’s my latest morning smoothie I’ve been drinking on repeat!

My Morning Plant-Based Protein Smoothie

Equipment

  • 1 blender

Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 2 scoops Aloha Plant-Based Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • 1 Clovis Farms Organic Super Smoothie Morning Blend

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. I use the "Smootie" setting on my blender for this.

This combo is so tasty and filling, I’ll be rebuying these packets for sure!
