Monday: Steak Kabobs with Chimichurri + Grilled Asparagus and Peppers

Tuesday: Grilled Fish with Quinoa and Green Beans

Season your choice of fish with salt and pepper.Β  Put on sheet of heavy duty foil and put 1tbs of butter and 2 crushed garlic cloves on top.Β  Fold up foil into pack and place on grill over med-high heat for about 15 minutes.Β  This is SO good and easy to make!

Wednesday: Chili Lime Chicken with Glazed Peaches + Broccoli
