You guys loved the Air Fryer Wings for Football Sundays so much that I decided to share another one of my “famous” Game Day recipes with you! This is one of those recipes that people request again and again and again. I’ve literally gifted it to someone on their birthday bc they liked it so much! Its SUPER easy to make and perfect for any get together!

Ingredients:

Ball of frozen bread dough (my grocery store keeps it in the bakery area)
Bag of sliced pepperoni
Bag of shredded mozzarella cheese
1tbs olive oil
Italian seasoning
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Sea Salt and Pepper
1 egg, lightly beaten

Directions:

Thaw bread dough overnight then place in a large greased bowl in warm location so it rises – takes about 2-3 hours.

Preheat oven to 350.

Roll out dough into rectangular shape – add flour as needed – and place on baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and season with italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.

Lay out pepperoni on dough in rows, leaving room at the perimeter. Make a second layer with the shredded mozzarella.

Grab the long side of the rectangle and start to roll into a thin cylinder. Seal the seam with the egg and brush some on the top.

Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown. Let sit for about 5-10 minutes and then cut into slices. Serve as is or with some marinara – I prefer mine as is!
