On E2M, Mike and I are only allowed to have alcoholic beverages with our treat meal and outside of that, no beverages outside of water, seltzer and black coffee. So as the temps have been warming up and I’m sitting out on our back deck, I’ve been craving a fruity cocktail but its gotta be something non-alcoholic and sugar free to keep with our meal plan.

Spring Mocktail Cocktail Lemonade Mio Waterloo Seltzer

SO one day, I came up with this super easy concoction that feeds that craving in a healthy way! Seriously, you won’t believe how easy this is and that its “healthy” too!

Ingredients:

1 can of your favorite flavored seltzer – I love PEACH waterloo! Seltzer must be 0 calorie, 0g sugar
Mio Lemonade liquid water enhancer
Ice
Slice of lemon
Basil leaf
and a fun straw!

Directions:

Place ice in glass and fill with seltzer. Add a squirt or two of Mio Lemonade. Garnish with lemon and basil and add a fun straw!

Voila! Super easy, SUPER refreshing! And if its a treat meal, I can add a shot of vodka or tequila to make it a cocktail! I will be drinking these all summer for sure!
