On E2M, Mike and I are only allowed to have alcoholic beverages with our treat meal and outside of that, no beverages outside of water, seltzer and black coffee. So as the temps have been warming up and I’m sitting out on our back deck, I’ve been craving a fruity cocktail but its gotta be something non-alcoholic and sugar free to keep with our meal plan.
SO one day, I came up with this super easy concoction that feeds that craving in a healthy way! Seriously, you won’t believe how easy this is and that its “healthy” too!
Voila! Super easy, SUPER refreshing! And if its a treat meal, I can add a shot of vodka or tequila to make it a cocktail! I will be drinking these all summer for sure!
